You can see the messages who are stuck in the mqueue directory.
Stop the smtp server and use a editor like nano or use cat to look at
the message and headers.
You have the job number so you can open the relevant messages.
(job_number.txt and job_number.wrk and you will also find .lck files)
Body and headers are split.
