Good afternoon from here,
I never/rarely used such a 'wildcards' but only the asterisk '*'.
I made an extensive work in the year 2010 for assembling any
news on the old JNOS and the new JNOS2 and in this concern
I found the following:
--------------
1. The template field is used for match testing on the incoming address.
An incoming address template may contains a combination of verbatim
ASCII text and special characters “?*+\”.
Legend:
'?' matches any single character
'*' matches any number of consecutive characters (including zero)
'+' matches a sequence of one or more characters
'\' preceding a special character causes the following special
character to be treated as an ordinary ASCII character (not special)
