Only the message areas in the AREAS file are publicly viewable.
The sysop can create and view any area they choose.

I just go to the message area where the message is, type mm <msg #> <target
area> and enter.  For example, if I have message number 25 in the ALL area and
I want to move it to the HF area, I type: mm 25 hf.
