[nos-bbs] AMPRNet DNS

Is there any easy way to Register an IP in AMPRNET DNS system.

My old onx.hp2at.ampr.org resolve OK to 44.163.22.2

I will like to have this line registered in the AMPR DNS:

hp2ng.ampr.org    44.163.22.12

I went to http://portal.ampr.org and registered as a user and can download the Encap.txt.  I wrote them in the online form to update the DNS for hp2ng.ampr.org more than 2 weeks ago but not yet done.
