[nos-bbs] JNOS panic restart about every 5 minutes

Sorry guys, I'm stuck in Calgary still, had an awesome speed skating
tournament, my kid did very well, new viking skates (yeah), wish it
didn't have to end, anyways ...

I'm hearing about several crashes lately, I think perhaps the latest
fixes I put in are the solution. So if I may suggestion, anyone running
JNOS 2.0j, please rsync the jnosX module (as you may have seen in a
previous post), the crashes are most likely WP (white page) bugs,
and possibly the INP3 stuff (there was a glaring oversite on my
part). That's the best I can do right now, email is hard to get
to right now with my current schedule.

Don't worry about the compiler warnings.
