Perhaps investigate the origin of the bulletin(s) in
question, which BBS did they originally come from ?

You could, BUT, there is what seems to be binary data
in your ww.txt file (it messes up my editors anyways).

SOLN: I can (have already) modified expire code so that
       any 'future' bulletins will be removed (just as
       if they were another 'expired' bulletin.

If you can live with that, let me know, I'll post a
patch. What version JNOS are you using ?
