Just looking at a 61 part jpg from a station that I would like to reject 
further bulls from during the forward process. Any way to do that?  The 
'rewrite' function seems to handle the To: field, but what about the 
From: field?  Any way to cause a refuse during the forward proposal if 
the bull is from a particular station?

If not, I think there ought to be.
