I use a unit by Edgeport and I highly recommend it.  It's their model Edgeport 8, with 8 serial ports.  There are also dual and quad versions.  I use it on RTTY as well as rig control and with 3 packet TNC's.  Works great.  

These are rather pricey, but are available used on ebay.
