Let say we receive this ax25 bbs bulletin with forwarding..

An entry in refile would be something like this..
ji1fga@*|pic at ww refuse
In general:
From_address|To_address xxxxx
with xxxx the area you want to move it to or just 'refuse' if you want to
refuse it.
| is the vertical bar.
