[nos-bbs] jnos-refuse mail FROM station XXX

I compiled Maiko's patch without any problems. Jnos booted fine. No crashs, so
far. Make sure you remove the old fbbfwd.o object file before the compile.

What I'm having difficulty understanding is how the REFILE and/or REWRITE file
'refuse' an unwanted bulletin. My rewrite file has only been able to place
unwanted bulletins in a special area, after they have been processed thru smtp.

Is there now a way to REFUSE that bulletin using Maiko's patch code?

Or, do I have to use the 'refile' to refuse that bulletin using the FROM|TO
address information.

As stated previously, all this is accomplished in TNOS using a file table called
'reject.dat' which I believe originated in the FBB program.

Bob (ve3tok), could you give me an example of a 'refile' statement that would
REFUSE a bulletin from an unwanted address that is sending tons of 7+ bulletins?

Any other thoughts?
