[nos-bbs] RIP broadcasts?

My RIP V2: sent 0 rcvd 0 reqst - resp 0 unk 0

Looks like something's not turned on. I have registered 44.135.160.40 to
the gateways list and it shows there in the list and I've commented out
source encap.txt. 

What to check?
