[nos-bbs] smtp relay syntax

I'm trying to figure out the smtp relay command syntax

I can't find any documentation on this, apart from what "smtp relay ?"
offers, which is just:

 

smtp relay [ add | delete ] [ip] [netmask]

smtp relay [list]

 

First, is it correct that JNOS will accept a relay from any system unless
that system is somehow covered by these commands?

What is the format for "netmask"?

What is the "list"?  (list of what?  What format?)
