[nos-bbs] JNOS smtp trace file

Without the ">" is how you would create a file using trace in any number of
other ways such as

trace axip1 311 <filename.trc>

smtp trace is evidently different, though. My guess is there is an easy
answer I have overlooked....so still looking.
