[nos-bbs] forward.bbs Connection Commands

I am using this sequence of connection commands to forward an area
from my BBS.  The first connection is a netrom connection to SBMTNS.
That seems to work, but there is not a later connection request to
connect to WA6TJQ-10.  What am I doing wrong here?  Here is the output
of the trace from my TNC:

No connection request to WA6TJQ-10 from what I can tell.
