[nos-bbs] JNOS SMTP PROBLEM

This happens to me about every third time I start a new JNOS setup
from scratch. I can't remember exactly the issue. It's either
having an alias for your self in the aliases file so the message
doesn't fall through and get dropped in a local mailbox - or it's
because the rewrite rules never catch the local message and drop it in
a local mailbox.
