[nos-bbs] White Pages again ...

Lantz ( author of tnos) said so already when he released it.
At least the introduction of wp is there and it may save time with
developing the rest.

I always say to people to use the full hierarchical address.

There are not so many bbs users nowadays as most of it is replaced by
email/ mailing lists.
