The simple answer Jerry is "no".

At the time I changed ISP, the dynamic registration service "no-ip" 
provided quit working.
It was unrepairable -- So I lost the domain name.

The more complex answer is "yes but not public".
I could deliver the content of the wiki if someone wants to serve it 
under a new domain name.
