[nos-bbs] Please explain

Can someone please explain why this is happening?
44.135.90.2 is my address the 44.208.0.1 is coming from Italy.
Why am I seeing 224.0.0.5 traffic?
I am getting these lines constantly now for two days...

ps: it is not an english (44.208.0.1) site as I've telnet to it without being able to sign in successfully.
