Yes, normally you can.
You will see that the other tunnel routes are added.

In for instance the munge script (if you happen to use that) you have to 
check
that

# Your Internet IP
${INTADDR}="1.2.3.4";

is properly set to your address.
With that it skips you own entry in the conversion.
