[nos-bbs] JNOS (#define B2F) - fwding problem/disaster with *older* systems

I should elaborate on this a bit ...

I guess if their SID does NOT have the '2' then I should switch
down a level in response, but I actually ran into a case where
sending the '2' *seemed* to cause a problem on the other side,
regardless of the SID I got from the other side. It's something
like that. In any event, the 'mbox nob2f <call>' feature was
just something I came up with at the time to deal with it.

Maybe it needs another look ... sigh ...
