Something that Bob (VE3TOK) has asked for a long time ago, a new
feature to better support the fact that when you run something
like 'kissattach /dev/ptmx radio' you may not get a consistent
value for the slave device name, making it kinda difficult to
configure your autoexec.nos for that particular linux ax25 device.
