[nos-bbs] Convers server channel topic?

So I've got JNOS2 hubbed into Hub_NA fine, but I'm not seeing how to
set a topic for the default channel so when I'm linked my topic for my
JNOS instance shows up in the list?

Is there a way to send a /topic at least for the default channel ?

I have it working via linux node and saupp, just can't seem to figure
it with JNOS2.
