[nos-bbs] netrom alias - discussion on uppercase / lowercase

That it is becoming a mess :=)

Personally I should leave the Alias as is and not force it to uppercase.

I see other odd behaviour, like in Xnet I can use the dash as character
(in the Alias) but some packet software can't handle this.

In those cases the call + SSID is printed without the alias in their 
netrom list.
