[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0i (rsync version) and INP (netrom) support

Not sure what you're referring to when you say: 'seems to be in a loop
that goes too fast to read'. Do you mean the window on the left that
shows a connect, etc.? If so, works fine here. Likewise --
http://www.langelaar.net/projects/jnos2/news/ works fine too.
