[nos-bbs] Minimal local mail forwarding setup?

Hi Maiko,

I'm on Ubuntu Mighty Meerkat (or whatever their silly code name is) -- do I
have any hope of successfully using one of the pre-built installers, or
should I just go straight to building my own?
