[nos-bbs] axip link with non static station

Hello all,
Got a quick question, probably an easy one for most.

I've got a nos box that is changing ip constantly.  NON STATIC IP.
I've got another one which is Very Static.  What is the best
way to configure an axip link between the two stations.

The one that is NON STATIC is pretty easy to do.  Just setup the
route addprivate <static 44 ip> encap <static pub ip>
attach axip .....
and so forth.

My question is what commands do I need on the STATIC STATION 
Side to be able to keep track of the non static one so the link
is stable enough to run netrom and ax25 traffic through?
