[nos-bbs] Bulletins and sent messages not showing up in local message list

I'm just getting JNOS setup.  I've setup forwarding to a couple of
neighboring BBSs.  I've noticed that when I originate a bulletin or a
message on my BBS and then hit L no messages show up.  The bulletin
does get forwarded appropriately but does not show up locally.  Any
ideas?
