[nos-bbs] Potential Timer Issue in JNOS (3rd try- sorry)

Bob,

I've experienced the same problem and I'm using Fedora-Core3. It's a glitch in
JNOS (and TNOS) which affects its core timer. Most timer related functions start
going 'negative' and/or report unrealistically large timer numbers. As a result,
the JNOS console status bar clock appears to freeze and netrom/axip broadcasts fail.

It's been my experience that this problem starts after the 25th day of Jnos
uptime and continues until you reboot Jnos.

Maiko is aware of the problem and looking into it.
