[nos-bbs] SMTP logging

I'm need help figuring out how to get SMTP logging to show me the right
stuff.

 

Consider two JNOS systems, each with a 2m and a 440 interface.  Users access
either system on its 2m interface.  The systems talk to each other on the
440 interface.

 

When I look at the logs (/jnos/logs) on a given system, I see the "SMTP sent
job ." entries for messages sent by people logged into their mbox on that
system.  But I do NOT see entries for SMTP messages received from the other
JNOS system.

 

Example:  user A1 on JNOS system A is sends a message to user B1 on JNOS
system B.  When B1 receives the message, he replies back to A1.

 

In the system A log, I see the "SMTP sent job ." entry for A1 sending the
message to B1 at B

In the system B log, I see the "SMTP sent job ." entry for B1 sending the
reply to A1 at A

 

But in the System B log, I do NOT see the message arriving from System A.

And in the System A log, I do NOT see the reply arriving from System B.

 

What am I missing?
