[nos-bbs] convers linking problem

Running jnos2h. I have a solid axip link to another jnos2i station over
the net. Forwarding works, telnet works, netrom works, mail works.

Convers linking between us sometimes works but most of the time doesn't.

When I try and establish a link 'convers link to his commercial ip I
see the following on my tun0 interface:

I think what's supposed to happen is that I'm supposed to ACK and ask
for the data. Can you tell what might be going wrong here -- what I
might explore for a solution? The far end cannot establish a convers
link with me either when I can't.

I have a axip link to another jnos2h system on the same computer, and I
can link these two convrs servers with no problem. That leaves me to
believe there's a routing difficulty. The jnos box is in the dmz, but it
has worked and not worked regardless of whether it's in the dmz or not.
