[nos-bbs] an error number 22

Sure can,

Worked:
attach asy ttyS0 - ax25 145.07 4096 1050 9600
attach asy ttyS1 - ax25 440 4096 1050 9600

Did NOT work:
attach asy ttyS1 - ax25 446.925 4096 1050 9600

Received the error message "error number 22" when I used 446.925.

Hope this help with attaching another port.
