[nos-bbs] Update - Timer issues in JNOS

I've got a question on the timer problem.
Is this just related to jnos2x or is this also
going back to the jnos 111f?

I've got machines running dos with 111F and a couple running
linux variants with 2x. Haven't had either of them up without
a reboot of nos long enough to get to that magical 23day window
but i'll let them run and see what crashes.
