[nos-bbs] JNOS and BBS Web Server

I'm experimenting with the http server that's built into JNOS.  I have
it running but I guess I was expecting a Web Interface to JNOS itself.
  Is that a TNOS only function or is there yet another JNOS compile
option I'm missing?
