[nos-bbs] RIP in jnos

I was using RIP to gather the information being sent via mirrorshades
but found some issues and had to stop. 
When the RIP information is merged with other routes,
some existing ones changed from encap to tun0 and then I had to figure
out a way to switch them back.

Is that a bug in jnos?
