[nos-bbs] help to config routes.rc and encap.txt

I edited my config.h to new version of JNOS 2.0f to Ubuntu 8.04 with the
servers that I need. Now I need know how to edit files *routes.rc* and *
encap.txt* to receive boletins and performance forward to others BBS.
