If that is the case, perhaps we could share some dialog with debain-ham group 
and see if we can resolve the issue.  I know those guys have been working 
overtime lately keeping the hamware up to the new requirements.  Further, 
these guys really know how to help folks get stuff ready for packaging.  It's 
fun to see the collaborative efforts unfold.
