[nos-bbs] ncurses supportfor jnos

Good afternoon.

At this moment I believe I've stumbled into a version issue with
ncurses.

My platform is FC-8 with ncurses-5.6
My neighbor is FC-7 with ncurses-5.5
My executable module will not load on his system, it complains to be
missing a module named "libtinfo" which is true.
Version 5.6 contains libtinfo, ver 5.5 does not.
Both systems execute jnos compiled locally just fine.

My guess is that libtinfo is a new feature of ncurses by engineering
change for version 5.6 dated Oct. 2007.

I hope the info above will save somebody an hour some day...
