[nos-bbs] JNOS crashing on Forward with MSYS (oops)

Maiko, since you have coded winlink support I'm sure
you already know about the B1F or B2F compression schemes,
but I would like to point out that I used msys and gave it up because
it only supports BF, which doesnt support rejections and resumes.
I also think the compression scheme might be slightly
different, and MSYS is the only BBS i have run which uses
BF instead of B1F. It is interesting the Jnos crash
happens when NOS connects to a BF station and is fine
when comp is turned off for that msys station.
