[nos-bbs] Use of irtt

Greetings.

I may have stumbled on a minor issue with IRTT.
My purpose here is to find if my site is the only one.

The command:
  TCP IRTT 6001
is used to set the session default IRTT parameter different from the
programmed default of 5000.
It works.
The command:
  IFCONFIG PORT TCP IRTT 6002
is used to set the port to use a non-default IRTT paramter.
It works.

The problem I found on my site is that the command:
  ATTACH PORT ...
loads the default 5000 rather than the default 6001 into the port IRTT
value.  Of course IFCONFIG... can adjust IRTT as desired after ATTACH.

NOW -- if my understanding (from documentation) is incorrect, or my site
acts differently from other sites, I really want to know.  I can fix
either of the above...:-)
