[nos-bbs] Message Localize!

Can you keep a message in the local are with out making a mail server and creating a loop to keep the messages local?  I am having a hard time with this.  Example: If someone sends "sp kb8pmy" I want it to automaticly go to kb8pmy area. Not sp kb8pmy, msg queued, smtp kb8pmy.ampr.org popmail kb8pmy.ampr.org then to the right area.  I wish I could skip at least to steps.  That would save at least 10 seconds of transferring.
