Jack,

jnos2.0 runs here on FC-4 out-of-the-box using Maiko's loader.
Here I am now @ jnos2.0d1(patched).
It's not minimum, but the 

      * DSL ISP support thru tun device (dynamic IP though / static is
        desirable)
      * 2 RS-232 ports ttyS0 & ttyS1
      * USB tree thru USB/rs-232 converter by Radio Shack (no
        recommendation here)  ttyUSB0
      * Real convenient to use multi-console F2 as # sysop and F3 as $
        telnet user (F keys of your choice).

all function nicely.

Actually I was SHOCKED by the USB application - it was truly
plug-and-play...
