[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0c3 (experimental) - HF Forwarding

Greetings all,

The (bleeding edge, experimental) JNOS 2.0c3 is now available to play
with. The HFDD (HF Digital Device) code for this release is alot more
stable then the past ones. Still some glitches here and there, but I
believe this is very useable at this stage.

Bob (ve3tok) has been kind enough to provide 2.0c3 linux binaries.
