[hfsig] Sidebands on Raspberry Pi WSPR carrier

Hi Robert,

Usually the reason for completely different band report is that the
receiver station forgotten to change wsprx program configuration but
changed frequency in his radio. Unfortunately it happens sometimes if the
receiver radio and the PC are not data cable connected.
