[hfsig] Sidebands on Raspberry Pi WSPR carrier

Using my Pi2B with the "shield" board, as i say i hear what i'm calling
"grunge" across the room in another receiver. I then monitored with wsjt-x
set to wspr-2. There are lines in the waterfall every 60 Hz, both sides of
the main signal, with stronger ones every 120 Hz (especially on the upper
side of the main one), but they are all down at least 15dB. A total of
three (including the main one) were decoded.

Again, this is monitoring the Pi output from 20 feet away with no antenna
on the monitor.

Later today i will try to get a screenshot.
