[hfsig] WSPR daemon for AirSpy receivers

Hi Orrin,

I didn't know much more about this project unfortunately just came across
this article today.

I'm going to experiment with an RTL-SDR dongle ($10) in direct sampling
mode for WSPR reception soon.
This should work too, the only problem the stock DVB-T dongle's xtal
oscillator is not precise enough for WSPR mode. So some auto-calibration
(to GSM towers or so) is suggested on startup.
