I see nothing in the rules changes that will affect what I am permitted to do with amateur radio.  I may have a few more people to share the band with when I am doing it, but even then, it probably won't be as crowded as it was in the 1960s when I was first licensed.  I thought all that activity was pretty cool, and I think it will be cool to see more hams on HF, too.
 
Of course, the rules changes here could be some time away yet.
 
It's time for me to really read them through and contact my ARRL Division Director to help shape ARRL's Comments in the rulemaking.
