<p>It's the same frequency as for normal packet APRS on 30M -
10.147.60 MHz USB. Run either 300 baud HF AX.25 packet with
standard 1600/1800 Hz audio tones, or VARA with it's fixed 1500 Hz
audio center freq at the same RF frequency. Details on
APRS-over-VARA in my sig line....</p>
