They are all plugged in to Dell docking bays which apparently maintain 100% charge at all times. Batteries are failing after a year.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The Dell power manager can be set to charge to 80% however it nags people to say it is doing that and is disruptive (I can't find a way to silence it).</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a laptop docking bay that supplies connectivity through a USB-C port ... that can be set to address this problem? Maybe one that can be programmed to stop supplying power for a couple hours a day to allow batteries to do their thing?
