Wouldn’t it be great if every repeater sent out APRS frequency info packets and every radio designed for repeater use including handhelds could process those packets into a (relatively instant) repeater list and programmed the radio? Then I could just turn on my radio in a new area and not have preprogram in stuff from incorrect repeater books and websites.<br>
