<p>But not without having the junker phone or tablet activated on a
cellular data plan. Then this only goes to the APRS Internet
System via cellular data. You are INVISIBLE to mobile RF users.</p>
<p>I don't consider this "real" APRS; i.e. radio-to-radio.</p>
